Choose a plan and tell us about your salon. No card is needed, and your old system keeps running while we set you up.
Step 2
Export your data
Download an export of your clients, services and future appointments from your current system, usually as a CSV file. If you are not sure where to find it, ask us and we will help.
Step 3
Send it to us
We import it for you: clients, services, staff and future bookings, with colour notes where your export includes them.
Step 4
Check it together
We go through it with you on a short call, then you point your booking links and phone at Salonly when you are ready.

How much does the switch cost?
Nothing. The done-for-you switch is free on every plan, including Solo.
Which systems can you move me from?
Fresha, Phorest, Timely, Booksy or Treatwell, or any system that lets you download your clients as a spreadsheet (CSV).
Will my clients still get their reminders?
Yes. Future bookings come across with the client's details, so confirmations and reminders carry on from Salonly once you switch.
What about marketing consent?
Clients you bring across only get marketing from Salonly if you confirm they agreed to it. Service messages about their bookings are sent as normal.
When should I cancel my old system?
Once your clients and bookings are in Salonly and your booking links point to us. Check your old provider's notice period, so you can time it well.
Can I take my data with me if I leave Salonly?
Yes. Export everything in one click at any time. We would rather you stayed because it works for you.
