Reminders from your name, and nothing they did not ask for
Clients get a confirmation when they book and a reminder before they come, by text and email, from your salon's name. Marketing is kept apart and only goes to clients who agreed.
- Confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations and deposit receipts
- Reminder 24 hours before by default, or when you choose
- Texts from your salon's name, emails from "Your Salon via Salonly"
- Unlimited emails on every plan
- Marketing only to clients who agreed, with an opt-out every time
Service messages stay service messages
Booking confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations and deposit receipts never carry offers. A reminder with a promotion in it counts as marketing in the UK, so Salonly keeps the two apart.
Marketing, with consent
"You're due" rebooking messages, cancelled spaces, campaigns and birthday messages only go to clients who agreed, and every one has an easy opt-out. Clients you import only count as agreed if you confirm they did.
From your name, replies to you
Texts show your salon's name (up to 11 letters), so clients know who they are from. A named sender cannot receive replies. Emails come from "Your Salon via Salonly" and replies go straight to your own inbox.
What your clients receive
These are the texts Salonly sends, word for word, for a sample colour booked with Amy at Juniper Hair on Tuesday evening. Each one carries the link that lets the client see, move or cancel the visit within your notice period.
