10:30What Fresha costs

How much is Fresha a month?

Fresha's pricing page lists two plans. Independent is £14.95 a month for one calendar column. Team is £9.95 a month for each bookable team member, so a salon of three pays £29.85 a month. Its rates are shown without VAT.

On top of that, Fresha charges a one-time commission of 20% when a brand new client finds you on its marketplace and books online, with a minimum of £4 a client. Its help centre says the fee is worked out on the value of that client's first completed appointment, with a cap for higher-value services, and that returning clients are not charged. So if a new marketplace client books a £60 colour, the fee is £12 plus VAT.

Texts are 20 free a month (20 per team member on Team), then 6p each, and marketing texts are 8p. Fresha's AI Concierge, which answers calls and messages, is £79.95 a month per location with 200 minutes included.

Where Fresha may suit you better.

Fresha runs a marketplace where clients look for salons, and its plans have no minimum commitment. If you want new clients from a marketplace, or a plan you can leave at any point, it may suit you better.

Fresha also takes card payments in the salon with its own terminals, from £99 a device. Salonly does not: our till records how each client paid, on your own card machine. And Fresha's Independent plan is £14.95 a month for one person, where Salonly Solo is £19.
