Clients back in the chair, without the chasing

Salonly learns how often each client usually comes, and when they are due with nothing booked, it finds a time with their usual stylist and sends it as a link that books in two taps.

  • Learns each client's own gap between visits
  • Finds a real time with their usual stylist, on their usual day
  • Never sent to anyone with a booking already in
  • Cancelled spaces offered to the waitlist, then to clients who are due
  • A Google review request after every visit, at most once in 90 days

Rebooking texts and review requests are on every plan. The waitlist, cancellation fill and campaigns are on Salon and Pro.

"You're due", with a time already found

Every client has their own rhythm. Salonly learns it from their visits (or uses the service's usual gap) and works out when they are next due. When that day comes and they have nothing booked, it finds a time with their usual stylist that fits the day and time they normally come, and texts it to them. Two taps and it is booked.

  • Only sent to clients who agreed to hear from you
  • Never sent to anyone who already has a future booking
  • Every message carries an easy way to opt out

Filling cancellations

When a space opens up in the next 72 hours, it is offered first to clients on your waitlist (they asked, so it is a service message), then to clients who are due for that service and agreed to marketing. The first to book gets it.

Reviews from every client

After each visit, clients are asked for a Google review with your link, at most once every 90 days. Every client is asked, never only the happy ones: filtering who gets asked is against UK law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).

Questions

Is a "you're due" text marketing?

Yes, so it only goes to clients who agreed when they booked, and every one has an opt-out. Reminders about a booking they already have are service messages and are sent to everyone.

Can I only ask happy clients for reviews?

No. Review gating is not allowed in the UK, so Salonly asks every client after their visit, with a 90-day gap so nobody is asked too often.

Which plans include the waitlist?

The waitlist and cancellation fill are on Salon and Pro, along with text and email campaigns. Rebooking texts and review requests are on every plan.
