What to try.
- Book the full head colour. It is booked in three parts, and the diary shows the 45 minutes while it develops.
- Look for the other client booked into that gap. The stylist is free while a colour works, so the time is not wasted.
- Choose "See what happens without one" under the colour. Online booking will not take a colour without a patch test, and offers the test instead.
- Pick Anyone free for a cut, then pick Amy or Jordan. A director can charge more for the same service.
- Finish a booking and read the text the client gets. It has a link to move or cancel.
