A till that already knows what was booked
Complete a visit and the till opens with the services on it and any deposit paid online taken off. Add products by search or barcode, take the tip, record how the client paid, and your stock and takings stay right.
- Opens when you complete a visit, with the services at their prices
- A deposit paid online is taken off for you
- Products by search or barcode, with stock counts and low-stock warnings
- A percentage or pound discount, tips, and payments split across methods
- Numbered receipts, refunds and day totals for cashing up
- Reports on takings, your team, services, products and no-shows
From the diary to paid in a few taps
When a client is finished, complete their visit and the till opens with what was booked, at the prices you set, each one editable. A deposit they paid online when they booked comes off on its own, so nobody pays twice. Quick sales work too: products or a one-off item, with or without a client.
Products and stock
Add your retail products with a price, cost, code or barcode and a stock count. Selling one takes it off the shelf and a refund puts it back. Every change is recorded as a delivery, damage, stock count, sale or refund, so the number on the shelf can always be explained.
- Search by name or brand, or scan a barcode
- A low-stock warning before you run out
- A count never stops a sale: it goes below zero and shows red instead
Paid the way your client pays
Record how each client paid: card on your own card machine, cash, bank transfer, voucher or something else, split across methods if they ask. Add a percentage or pound discount and a tip. Every sale gets a number from S-0001 and a receipt you can print, and the client's spend on their card stays right.
Cashing up and reports
The Sales page totals each day by payment method for cashing up, and owners and admins can refund a whole sale. Reports show takings by day, how clients paid, services and products, each team member's takings and how full their book was, top sellers with their margin, new and returning clients, rebooking, no-shows and how bookings arrived, including what the AI front desk booked. Sales and products download as a spreadsheet.
Questions
Does the till take card payments?
It records them. Take the card on your own card machine as you do now, and the till records the sale as paid by card, alongside cash, bank transfer, voucher or other. Deposits that clients pay online when they book go to your own Stripe account.
Can I sell products without a booking?
Yes. A quick sale takes products, or a one-off item, with or without a client.
Do receipts show VAT?
Not yet. Receipts show what was sold, any discount, the tip and how it was paid, but VAT is not shown on a line of its own.
Which plans include the till?
Every plan includes the till, products, stock and reports. Reports are for owners and admins.
