Step 1
Sign up, free
Choose a plan and tell us about your salon: its name, your team size and where you are. No card is needed for the 14-day trial.
Step 2
Add your services and team
Add your services with prices, times, processing and buffers, and your team with their hours and what they do. Or give us your website and we read your services and prices from it for you to check. Switching? Send us your export and we do it.
Step 3
Put booking on your website
Paste one line into any page of your website and your booking button appears. No website? Share your booking page at salonly.co.uk/book/your-salon on Instagram, Google and in texts.
Step 4
Forward your phone to the front desk
Take a new UK number for Ellie, or keep your salon number and forward calls you cannot take, when busy or after hours. Ellie answers, books into the diary and texts the client a confirmation.
The one line
Booking on your website.
Your dashboard gives you this line with your own salon in it. Paste it into a code or embed block in your website builder, on any page. “Check my website” then tells you whether it is installed.

How long does it take?
Most of it is adding your services and team, which we can do for you from your website or your old system's export. The website line and the phone forwarding take minutes.
How do I add a booking system to my website?
Copy the line from your dashboard and paste it into a code or embed block on any page of your website, and the booking button appears there. If your website builder does not allow code, link a button or menu item to your booking page instead: it does the same job.
How do I add a booking link to Instagram?
Copy your booking page link (salonly.co.uk/book/your-salon) from your dashboard. In Instagram, go to Edit profile, then Links, and add it, so it shows in your bio for anyone to tap.
Can clients book from Google?
Yes. Add your booking page link to your Google Business Profile as your booking or appointment link, so clients who find you on Google can book straight away.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can paste a line into your website builder, you can add online booking. If you cannot, share your booking link instead, or ask us to help.
Can I keep my salon phone number?
Yes. Forward it to Ellie when you are busy or closed, or take a new UK number for the front desk instead.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have added a card, your plan simply carries on. If not, your account pauses and nothing is charged.
